Going beyond property management, Home Management encompasses all of your needs as not only a homeowner, but as a human with better things to focus your energy and time on than the endless march of minutiae (and, to be honest, the not so minutiae...).

No two Home Management Plans (HMPs) are alike because no two homes are alike. If you'll commit the time up front with us to custom tailor your plan, we'll commit to you that you will be continually amazed by what we can do. From basic homeownership maintenance timelines to more advanced services like the grocery and home employee management, we offer exactly what you need to maximize the rest your life.

Home Management Plans can be customized to include:

• Home Maintenance Reminders and Management - this can be as simple as reminders to change your furnace filter, schedule your annual HVAC maintenance, and clean your gutters to having your furnace filters delivered to your door, scheduling your annual HVAC maintenance and either coordinating around your convenience or being present ourselves if you can't be, and doing the same for your other maintenance needs. 

• Meal Planning - no, we don't employ chefs (but never say never!), but we do know a thing or two about organization. We help with meal planning, put together grocery lists, and coordinate deliveries so your only job is to cook and enjoy! 

• Pets are People, Too! - our customizeable pet plans can include supplies, medications, and veterinary reminders to keep your pets healthy and happy. If you need a dog walker or sitter, we can coordinate and manage that, too. 

• Cleaning - we connect you with and manage top notch cleaners who take care of your home the way you would if you had the time. 

• Other Home Employees - we coordinate and manage your landscaper, painters, handymen/women, contractors, and regular maintenance workers to help your home run more beautifully and efficiently.
